Volunteer services
The Geauga County Board of Mental Retardation/DD encourages volunteerism in a variety of different ways. We enjoy having individuals come in to read to students, perform specific talents, assist in special events, outings and particularly in our Recreation/Leisure Department.
Volunteers are screened through BCI checks and through ODMRDD’s MUI and Nursing Registeries. Training is provided.
