Service and Support Administrators

SSA staff establish eligibility for services and programs; Assess needs for support and services; Facilitate development of plans and revisions that incorporate quality assurance recommendations; Establish budgets for plans, supports and services; Assist consumers in making provider selections; Ensure that services are coordinated; Track complaints and incidents and facilitate solutions to address them; Monitor the implementation of plans; Ensure that each individual has a designated representative.
There are currently ten Service and Support Administrators who act as the single point of accountability for 290 individuals.
